Welcome to Judy Hernder Fitness!


  • JHF studio is designed to have a maximum of 6-8 people per session for indoor training.  Outdoor training sessions are offered seasonal.
  • JHF‘s fees run on a monthly basis.

  • All classes are one hour with proper warm up and stretch.
  • All levels of fitness are welcome.
